Main Missions: To increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness by properly maintaining and improving equipment and maintenance processes in various areas of the facility. • Keep a neat, clean, and organized work area• Perform preventative maintenance procedures as scheduled• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and building systems. c. Secure a signed Certificate of Completion and Certificate of Satisfaction from customer. 2. Project Communication a. May attend pre-construction meeting with customer. b. Provide project updates (daily narrative) to Construction Coordinator in electronic format. c. Pay Range: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position .
