Skills required in vent/trach management, invasive line management (art lines, CVP, Swan-Ganz), drains, chest tubes, foley management, post-surgical recovery, post-cath care, CVVH, and CRRT. Provide critical care nursing support within a collaborative ICU team including CNAs, HUC/receptionist, charge nurse, ICU supervisor, educator, RT, hospitalist, intensivist, and ICU pharmacist.
