This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Finance/Management/Accounting and 6-8 years related experience or 11+ years of equivalent work-related experience in Finance, Management, Project Management, Implementation, or Strategic Planning. You will lead large cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives such as process improvement and redesign, change management initiatives, BOKF sponsored priorities.
