Responsible for daily function of the hotel operations to include Dean Street Coffee & Retail, Lobby Bar, Silver King, Ella Mae’s Diner, Workshop, Beacon Social Drinkery, Chips Sports Pub, Oxbow Bar & Grill, Caloosa Sound Convention Center/ Amphitheatre, and any other food and beverage special events as directed by the outlet General Manager or Director of F&B. Responsible for supporting the Food & Beverage management team with the day-to-day operations for all Food and Beverage outlets in the hotel and/or Caloosa Sound Convention Center & Amphitheater.
