This is not just a numbers-crunching role, we need someone with an eye for design, a passion for customer service, and the ability to sell solutions that meet both function and aesthetics. Responsibilities<ul><li>Meet with homeowners to assess their remodeling needs, build rapport, and develop project plans.</li><li>Create design concepts and present remodeling solutions that align with client budgets and expectations.</li><li>Prepare detailed estimates, proposals, and contracts.</li><li>Coordinate with designers and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.</li><li>Guide clients through material selections, working alongside our Selections and Allowances Specialist.</li><li>Maintain accurate records in Buildertrend or similar construction management software.</li><li>Attend site visits as needed to oversee project feasibility and ensure customer satisfaction.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in residential remodeling sales or design-build consulting</li><li>Strong understanding of home construction, materials, and design principles</li><li>Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with homeowners</li><li>Outgoing personality with a natural ability to build relationships and close deals</li><li>Proficiency in estimating and creating project proposals</li><li>Knowledge of construction management software (Buildertrend a plus)</li><li>Valid driver's license and dependable transportation</li></ul>Why Join Swank Builders?<ul><li>Full Time Employment.</li><li>Competitive salary range at $65,000 to $80,000 per year, based on experience</li><li>Profit-sharing / Bonus opportunities</li><li>Paid holidays and vacation</li><li>Medical insurance and retirement plan</li><li>Supportive, family-oriented company culture</li></ul>If you have prior experience as a remodeling consultant, project designer, or estimator in residential construction, we want to hear from you.
