Strategic Operations Analyst Mid-States Bolt & Screw , a trusted industrial distributor, is seeking a Strategic Operations Analyst to lead the operational performance, inventory management, data analysis, and day-to-day execution supporting assigned strategic customer accounts, including a key automotive OEM customer. Establish and monitor appropriate KPIs for strategic accounts, including inventory availability, shortages, backorders, order accuracy, on-time delivery, inventory turns, and other relevant service measures.
