The Manager is responsible for overseeing the collection, organization, maintenance, analysis, and reporting of membership and organizational data, transforming information into actionable insights that support strategic planning, member recruitment and retention, program development, and organizational effectiveness. As a key member of the Member and Funder Engagement team, the Manager also supports the day-to-day experience of NCG members, including onboarding, membership renewals, dues collection, relationship management, and ongoing engagement.
