Skills and Requirements Must Haves - BA or BS degree in Technical Communications, Writing, English, or a related area, or equivalent experience - At least three years of technical writing experience - Ability to work independently with strong written and verbal communication skills - Experience distilling highly technical concepts into documentation that is clear, engaging, empathetic, and easy to understand - Strong collaboration skills and comfort working with geographically distributed teams - Experience with Linux systems and the command-line interface - Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes; application delivery networking and related concepts; and/or service provider networking - Understanding of web technologies such as HTTP, REST, and JSON Experience with cloud technologies, both public and private, including AWS, Azure, GCP, and VMware vSphere NOTE: Need to either provide previous professional writing examples OR complete a prompted writing test before interviews can be scheduled.
