A successful HSE Specialist must be able to build strong relationships and foster collaboration and trust among key stakeholders, including Field Operations management (Rig Managers and Superintendents), rig crew personnel, shared services teams (Training, HR, etc.), and senior business management. Success in this role requires leading by example, influencing others to achieve desired outcomes, recognizing when practical and balanced solutions are appropriate, and consistently demonstrating integrity, sound judgment, and effective decision-making.
