The following skills and experience are required in order to complete the above-mentioned tasks: Experience in account management, business development, or sales in the chemical or agrochemical industry; Experience with commercial responsibility for regional or multinational accounts, pricing execution, and coordination with global stakeholders; Experience with B2B Specialty Chemical or agrochemicals sales; Experience managing and growing national and multi-national accounts, including ownership of account strategy, contracts, and strategy execution; Experience developing and working in a team culture with other internal departments, including R&D, customer service, and supply chain; Experience using a CRM platform (Salesforce or similar) for opportunity tracking and reporting; Experience with pricing entry, forecasting, and customer master data; Experience with crop protection formulations, tank-mix adjuvants, and micronutrient applications; Experience managing cross-border commercial activities and international customers; and Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including supply chain, technical service, and Finance.
