Drafts, analyzes, reviews, and negotiates brand marketing and property sales agreements, event services/management agreements, including but not limited to vendor agreements and talent/influencer agreements; Review and negotiate contracts with a focus on risk mitigation, protecting the company from unfavorable terms and liabilities; Manage contract tracking and oversee the end-to-end contract workflow across ESM Brand Marketing and Game Seven teams; Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Legal and Finance, to streamline contracting workflows; Assist in coordinating and tracking fully executed agreements to ensure proper documentation and accessibility and ensuring proper documentation, filing, and reporting of all agreements and amendments; Proactively follow up with internal teams and external partners on contract status, signatures, and the progress of master agreements and scopes of work; Reviews marketing programs and promotional materials to ensure compliance with applicable principles, policies, and applicable law; Leads significant projects, both within the legal department and across a variety of functions; and. Ability to work independently, while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams; Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of contacts, including outside counsel, executive and senior management, and business associates; Experience in sports, media or entertainment industry law department or at law firm in relevant practice group strongly preferred; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that will enable interaction with a range of personalities and styles in a fast-paced business environment (including explaining complex and sensitive concepts to clients and colleagues); Solid analytic skills, creative problem-solving abilities and a practical business-oriented viewpoint; Meticulous attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize and produce quality work within deadlines; Outstanding drafting and organizational skills; and.
