POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Mission Advancement, the Major Gifts & Annual Campaign Director is responsible for leading Association-wide annual campaign strategies, cultivating and managing major gift relationships, and strengthening the fundraising capacity of Advisory Boards, volunteers, and the organization. ACCOUNTABILITY: Accountable for completion and achievement of assigned development goals as measured by annual campaign performance, fundraising outcomes, donor retention and stewardship metrics, portfolio performance, community engagement outcomes, volunteer engagement, strategic plan initiatives, and supervisor evaluation of assigned responsibilities.
