Assigning and Supervising Maintenance Crews and Contractors: They are tasked with assigning and supervising both in-house maintenance crews and external contractors engaged in the upkeep of City-maintained streets, sidewalks, signs, and signals. Ability to effectively and safely operate light trucks, dump trucks, backhoes, truckhoes, tractors with shredders or augers, grade-alls, lawn tractors, trenchers, weed eaters, trailers, shop tools, and various hand tools.
