The successful candidate will have experience in traffic engineering, roadway design, drainage studies/design, traffic control, permitting, utility relocations, right-of-way engineering, construction document preparation, and post design construction services. Experience in leading a complex civil transportation project including roadway geometric design, drainage design, signage and pavement markings, pedestrian and bicycle facilities, traffic signals, traffic control plans and construction sequencing.
