This position is highly focused on early-stage discovery and solutioning efforts, requiring strong research, analysis, problem-solving, and organizational leadership capabilities to help shape and execute transformational initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, data accessibility, automation, and customer experience outcomes. The Program Manager partners closely with business leaders, technology teams, external partners, and executive stakeholders to establish scalable program structures, coordinate cross-functional execution, and enable strategic decision-making.
