Provides design support, on behalf of the 50 SCS, for all Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs), Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), Letters of Agreement (LOAs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Operating Level Agreements (OLAs) requiring communications capability pertaining to Schriever AFB circuits.
