Responsible for all accounting functions at the plant - these include cattle payables, invoicing, budgets, expense reporting, inventory reconciliation, weekly P&L reporting, variance analysis, capital spending and payback analysis, as well as other numerous daily, weekly, and monthly management reports. Work with Purchasing manager in all purchasing functions at the plant – these include maintaining and controlling appropriate supply, MRO and packaging inventories, PO processing, driving cost savings initiatives, and all other purchasing responsibilities.
