Experience in nonprofit, human services, healthcare, education, government-funded, or another multi-funder environment strongly preferred; familiarity with restricted funding, grants, reimbursement models, and shared-cost allocations is highly valuable. Reporting to the CFO, this role will help shape the organization's future through long-range planning, forecasting, scenario modeling, and decision support, ensuring our resources are aligned with both mission impact and long-term sustainability.
