Depending on the call, you may encounter hot kitchens, cold freezers, rooftops, ladders, steam, open flames, heated surfaces, electrical components, damp conditions, and equipment that apparently chose violence that day. You'll work directly with restaurants, hotels, hospitals, and other commercial customers to diagnose problems, make repairs, perform preventative maintenance, and - whenever possible - keep equipment from ruining somebody's day.
