Collaborate with the main stakeholders at all locations where Columbia University Athletics employees are active - including, but not limited to, Dodge Fitness Center, Baker Athletics Complex, Nash Building, Overpeck Rowing Center, and Milstein Family Tennis Center - to ensure that all basic facilities needs are met. Oversee vehicle management responsibilities for Columbia Athletics, filling the role of Vehicle Coordinator, liaising with the University fleet management system, collaborating with internal and campus partners to manage the scheduling and maintenance of the department''s vehicles, and managing the training and approval of drivers.
