Working cross-functionally with Production, Planning, Supply Chain, Product Development, Procurement, and other business partners, the role monitors production priorities and KPIs, coordinates workflow, resolves operational issues, and supports timely delivery of customer orders. The Shop Floor Controller, Production serves as the key link between Production and Production Planning, helping ensure high-priority and non-routine orders move efficiently through the manufacturing process.
