The Manager serves as the primary point of contact for concerns involving interns or Site Hosts; facilitates track determination (micro or macro) with each student; serves as the primary representative and liaison for the program with campus partners and stakeholders; manages professional development programming and coordinates the technology, space, and resources needed for program operations; and plans and hosts the end-of-year Division showcase highlighting program outcomes, student experience, program impact, employment outcomes, and ongoing program needs. The Manager establishes operational priorities, procedures, and processes; manages the recruitment, selection, and placement of MSW interns; manages relationships with Site Hosts, including site matching, confirming capacity, and determining the continuation or discontinuation of placement sites; and oversees program quality assurance and the assessment of program outcomes, effectiveness, and needs.
