Review and approve construction inspection reports, perform project management for OSR projects from inception to completion, which includes, but not limited to: Conducting pre-bid conferences, prepare project addendums, pre-construction conferences, reviewing project submittals for approval, review and approval of payment applications (I.E. Designated Region: Barbour, Berkeley, Brooke, Doddridge, Gilmer, Grant, Hampshire, Hancock, Hardy, Harrison, Jefferson, Lewis, Marion, Marshall, Mineral, Monongalia, Morgan, Ohio, Pendleton, Pleasants, Preston, Randolph, Ritchie, Taylor, Tucker, Tyler, Upshur, Wetzel, and Wood.
