The Industrial Maintenance Specialist -Preventive Maintenance Projects is responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and improving the facility's preventive maintenance program while supporting equipment upgrades, capital projects, and continuous improvement initiatives. The primary focus is to prevent equipment failures before they occur, reduce unplanned downtime, improve equipment performance, and ensure maintenance projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
