Qualifications: Knowledge typically acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of five years of experience in construction; including reading blueprints, roofing and building envelope maintenance and repair, fencing and small concrete projects; dock activities; and building maintenance; including office remodeling, plumbing and overhead and other door maintenance. This includes lawn care, trimming shrubs, maintaining sprinkler system, arranging for snow removal, parking lot maintenance and concrete repair, pest control, overhead and other door maintenance, roofing and building envelope maintenance and repair, fencing, plumbing and general maintenance.
