Technician responsibilities are: Maintaining and repairing steam boilers, air compressors, cooling towers, water softeners and water heaters, plumbing, drywall repairs and painting, HVAC troubleshooting, filter changing, coil cleaning, repair and maintenance, pump rebuilding, control valve rebuilding, belt changing and tensioning and alignment, greasing and lubrication, fan motors troubleshooting, domestic water pump troubleshooting repair and maintenance, copper pipe soldering and PVC pipe fitting.
