Performs minor electrical maintenance to include, but not limited to, replacement or repair of fixtures (wall switches and outlets, incandescent and fluorescent bulbs and tubes, ballast, sockets, fuses, minor appliances, cord, etc.) using appropriate hand, power, and specialty tools. Position Summary: The Mechanical Maintenance Technician will perform activities and tasks necessary to maintain the proper operation of mechanical systems, the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems, the Building Automation System, (BAS) as well as perform general building maintenance and repairs.
