In this role, you will lead our line cooks by example, keep ticket times fast during our busy lunch, dinner, local event rushes, game nights, and handle the day to day inventory and organizing that keeps our kitchen running smoothly. Fast-Paced Capability : Ability to manage a heavy ticket volume during major local events, trivia nights, lunch & dinner rushes with an organized approach.
