Developing industry-leading calibration and metrology methodology Develop / validate algorithms for test metrology which are deployed on MP test stations Collaboration with tester hardware suppliers to develop a validated test solution Conduct failure analysis to understand the root cause of tester malfunction or inaccuracy Provide written documentation of tool specifications and failure analysis Close collaboration with characterization labs Close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including process engineering, optical engineering, mechanical engineering, and electrical engineering to deliver innovative solutionsBS degree Experience working in semiconductor electro-optical test or related field Experience managing external suppliers to deliver hardware solutionsMS or PhD degree 10 years of experience working with semiconductor optoelectronic test (i.e. lasers, image sensors, displays, LEDs) Demonstrated capability to work with international teams and lead global suppliers Excellent verbal and written communication skills Some knowledge and understanding of computer vision techniques (i.e. image processing) Experience with high level, scientific computing languages like MATLAB or Python Hands-on experience with lab instrumentation and bench-level components, including lens components, SMUs, spectrometers, colorimeters, metrology cameras Work experience in a wafer fab environment.
