Follows recipes to timely fill food orders of consistent taste, quality, and presentation Prepares and sets up food for all stations according to par sheet specifications; provides feedback to kitchen management about the effectiveness of existing pars Supports kitchen managements attempts to control food costs by proper rotating, storing, labeling, and preparing of all food Maintains awareness of kitchen equipment, food levels, etc. and advises kitchen management of any potential for concern or outage Fosters positive working relationships and good communication both within the kitchen team as well as amongst other restaurant teams Enforces and adheres to all safety regulations as required by the position and the companys safety program Enforces and adheres to all sanitation initiatives as required by the position and the companys sanitation program; ensures that all checklists are completed within prescribed timeframes. Keeps food orders flowing in an efficient, sanitary, timely, and orderly manner and with consistent appearance, quality, and taste.
