Calculates quarterly debt covenant metrics and coordinates communication to internal and external partiesOwns the technical accounting for leases under ASC 842, including required financial statement disclosuresPrepares quarterly and annual valuation assessments, including triggering event assessments, long‑lived assets impairment assessments, and goodwill impairment valuationsTechnical accounting research, analysis, and preparation of audit‑ready technical accounting memorandumsAnalyze foreign currency risk and necessary foreign currency hedging strategies, with external expertsPrepares existing and ad‑hoc reports for managementMaintains general ledger in ERP system (D365) and consolidation system (Hyperion)Provides coaching and development of accounting staffMinimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree from an accredited college in Accounting or related field, CPA required. ResponsibilitiesOversees monthly close & preparation of financial statements for Corporate accounting ledgerReviews reconciliations and performs account analysis, coordinating with Department Leadership to ensure accuracy of results and completeness of accrualsReviews journal entries and other financial transactionsReview/research the company's accounting information to identify and resolve inaccuracies or imbalancesAnalyses financial results to identify unusual transactions, fluctuations, and trendsServes as a point person with internal and external auditors for matters including SOX compliance, quarterly reviews, and financial statement audit.
