Knowledgeable in most areas of truck/trailer maintenance, the Fleet Maintenance Shop Manager provides team leadership and necessary coaching to develop Fleet Maintenance Technicians and other personnel into dynamic problem-solving team members focused on caring for their teammates in Transportation, the Distribution Center and ultimately the Operators and Restaurants.
