Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of commercial agreements, including master sales agreements, customer terms and conditions, statements of work, software and service agreements, confidentiality agreements, data processing agreements, and partner or reseller agreements. As Corporate Counsel, you will join our in-house legal team as a trusted advisor to the Sales organization and other business functions, helping the company achieve its commercial goals while appropriately managing legal, regulatory, contractual, and operational risks.
