You’ll serve as Corporate Finance’s lead on integration readiness, partnering cross-functionally with FP&A, Accounting, Data, and Systems teams to align processes, reporting, planning models, and forecasts ahead of close, then own pro forma views and combined company KPI tracking post-close. We’re looking for a highly organized, analytical, and collaborative finance leader who can bring structure to ambiguity, drive cross-functional workstreams to completion, and translate complex financial detail into clear insights for senior leadership.
