This position will play a key role in supporting the General Counsel in the management, oversight, and execution of enterprise-wide legal matters, with an initial primary focus on commercial contracting and transactional matters and meaningful opportunity for growth into other areas, including litigation, regulatory, corporate governance, compliance, employment law, and legal operations matters. Healthcare-related agreements, including joint venture and partnership agreements, Preferred Provider Agreements (PPAs), Insurance Network Provider Agreements, Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), consulting and advisory agreements, and clinical training and preceptorship agreements.
