Based in our Atlanta corporate office, this role will partner closely with the SVP of Building Operations and senior operational leaders to drive building system performance, preventive maintenance strategy, major capital projects, and long-term asset reliability. Provide oversight for systems including generators, BAS, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, make-up air units, fire prevention equipment, domestic water systems, access controls, exhaust and garage fans, and residential and commercial HVAC.
