The role will advise on product development and commercialization, structure and negotiate complex technology, licensing, supply, collaboration, and customer agreements, counsel on intellectual property, open-source software, compliance, and contractual risk, and help resolve disputes and other issues affecting DSG’s datacenter hardware, software, and solutions. This attorney will serve as a practical, business-oriented legal partner to DSG’s engineering, product, and business development teams in support of AMD’s datacenter related products (including datacenter CPUs, GPU accelerators, network solutions, and related software, and tools).
