Acting under the direction of the Associate General Counsel (“AGC”) of Nihon Kohden North America, Inc. (“NKNA”), the Corporate Counsel will provide legal advice and services to NKNA and its Subsidiaries (collectively, “the Company”) in several areas of law applicable to a “generalist in-house counsel” role, including Antitrust; Contracts; Corporate Law; Intellectual Property; Labor and Employment, and Litigation and Investigations. Physical: May require some reaching, bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying up to 25 pounds, finger dexterity, repetitive motions, standing, walking, sitting, hearing, visual acuity, and color vision.
