Reporting to the General Counsel, this role will serve as a key operational partner in maintaining the Company's corporate infrastructure and legal records, supporting its Board, investors and equity holders, and ensuring the organization remains well organized and prepared for financings, strategic transactions, audits, and other corporate events. We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Senior Corporate Paralegal to join our Legal team and provide critical support across corporate governance, equity and cap table administration, contracts, intellectual property, compliance, litigation, and legal operations.
