Build pro forma and combined-company 3 statement financial views and combined KPI tracking, and incorporate the acquired business into the monthly forecast, annual operating plan, and long-range model Identify integration risks, gaps, and open decisions early; drive issues to resolution and provide clear, concise status updates to Finance leadership. You’ll serve as Corporate Finance’s lead on integration readiness, partnering cross-functionally with FP&A, Accounting, Data, and Systems teams to align processes, reporting, planning models, and forecasts ahead of close, then own pro forma views and combined company KPI tracking post-close.
