Responsibilities:Conducts elevated security exercises, including red team assessments, to drive a threat vulnerability assessment within the risk frameworkProvides oversight of Video Systems Management, ATM security, Physical Identity Access Management and Security Systems Credential ManagementManages Life Safety program implementation across a broad geographyDrive enterprise readiness for critical events through training, exercises, and red team programs(simulated adversary exercises to test defenses and response)Conduct security reviews of critical facilities and lead Threat Vulnerability Assessments (TVAs) across the global footprintLead after-action reviews to strengthen response and continuously improve capabilitiesConducts threat assessments to mitigate the risk of workplace violence and other safety and security related threatsPartners on development of threat management and workplace violence trainingRequired Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in corporate security, risk management, or security preparedness, ideally within a large, complex organizationProven ability to conduct threat and vulnerability assessments, including workplace violence risk mitigationExperience designing and delivering security training programs, exercises, and simulations (e.g., red team or adversarial testing)Strong knowledge of enterprise security systems, including video systems, access management, and credentialing controlsExperience leading or supporting life safety programs and emergency preparedness initiatives across multiple locationsAbility to conduct security reviews of critical facilities and translate findings into actionable mitigation strategiesStrong background in incident analysis and after-action reviews, with a focus on continuous improvementExcellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex security challengesStrong written and verbal communication skills, including reporting and presenting to stakeholdersProven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate across functionsDemonstrated experience in policy, procedure, and risk framework adherence and managementStrong decision-making capabilities in high-pressure or sensitive situationsTrack record of driving change management and continuous improvement initiativesHigh level of professional judgment, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive security mattersSkills:Customer and Client FocusProblem SolvingReportingRisk ManagementWritten CommunicationsActive ListeningAnalytical ThinkingCritical ThinkingDecision MakingPolicies, Procedures, and Guidelines ManagementChange ManagementCollaborationContinuous ImprovementInnovative ThinkingStakeholder ManagementShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40 Learn more about this role Apply × To proceed with your application, you must be at least 18 years of age.
