Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited institution and minimum of 9 years of related professional/military experience executing and leading mechanical and/or electrical mechanism design, manufacturing, and test efforts OR Master''s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited institution and minimum of 7 years of related professional/military experience executing and leading mechanical and/or electrical mechanism design, manufacturing, and test efforts. Demonstrated hands-on knowledge of IPT/Program Management processes (CAM processes, project planning and scheduling, cost control, change control, EVMS, staffing, coordination and oversight of technical work effort and risk and opportunity management).
