The role requires strong judgment, discretion, and the confidence to interact effectively with employees, executives, Board members, members, business partners, and other external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.The Executive Assistant also plays a key role in coordinating matters involving the Board of Directors, including scheduling and logistics, preparation and distribution of meeting materials, meeting minutes, follow-up items, and communications between the CEO, Board members, and leadership. Success requires exceptional organization and attention to detail, but equally important is the ability to understand priorities, exercise sound judgment, take ownership, and help the CEO and leadership team operate at their highest level in service to our employees, members, and communities.
