Maintains working knowledge of the locations of various departments, buildings, access routes, and admitting requirements Patrols assigned areas including all buildings within the main campus, including but not limited to the hospital, support areas, clinic, data center and storage facilities, parking lots, and affiliated properties within the Bassett Healthcare system. Responsibilities: Under the direction of the Manager, Security Operations, the Security Officer I performs a variety of security and safety related functions while involved in the safeguard of employees, patients, visitors and property as outlined in the MIBH policy manuals.
