The trainer must be experienced in designing personalized exercise programs for beginner to athlete level abilities, as well as designing plans to accommodate functional training, metabolic conditioning, posture and mobility development, as well as injury prevention and rehabilitation. In addition, the Corporate Fitness Trainer will be responsible for assisting in the coordination and facilitation of other company-wide health and wellness initiatives as requested; including wellness challenges, first aid and safety training and preparedness, and other health-centered employee events.
