Performance Monitoring & KPIs:Monitor and ensure performance against key internal business metrics (revenue growth, margin performance, cost management/PPV, inventory turns, AR management, etc.) and customer satisfaction metrics (Operational, Quality, Material management, price performance, on-time delivery, quality, etc.), implementing corrective actions as needed. Program Lifecycle Management:Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of customer-facing programs throughout the entire product lifecycle, including managing product EOL processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, quality, and operations).
