The Infrastructure Support Engineer is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and supporting infrastructure components, while partnering closely with Systems Administrators, Network Engineers, Cybersecurity, and the Helpdesk team. Supports Cisco solutions including ISE, ThousandEyes, and Cisco Spaces, enabling network access control, device profiling, experience monitoring, path visibility, and location analytics to proactively identify and resolve issues.
