Develop linkage partners and maintain relations with referral sources such as American Job Centers, State Plan/ WIOA partners, Social Services partners, Safety resources, Military partners, Political and Chamber connections, State and County partners, Education resources, Apprenticeship opportunities, and Media outlets. Utilize the MTC Outreach App to maintain all linkage partner information and communication, track and organize events, assess outreach effectiveness by reviewing leads generated, track progress, communication and follow-up with all leads and support leads in creating their Job Corps application.
