This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate, clinically skilled behavioral health professional who is passionate about treating high-acuity mental health disorders, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and other complex psychiatric conditions, while providing evidence-based, patient-centered care in a structured residential setting. The Primary Therapist will provide individual and group therapy, develop and maintain individualized treatment plans, complete timely and accurate clinical documentation, and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to support patients in a structured mental health residential setting.
