In collaboration with the Health and Wellness Director, this role provides high-quality care through health assessments, medication management, and coordination with residents, families, and the care team. Experience, Competencies, and Skills: At least four (4) years working in geriatric nursing, including experience with medication administration, delivery systems, and pharmacies.
